Creating QR codes in bulk? Upload a CSV and generate up to 250 QR codes at once, each with its own trackable link.

PRO

Create QR Codes in Bulk from a CSV

A bulk QR code generator turns a spreadsheet into a stack of ready-to-print codes in one step: upload a CSV with one destination per row — or just paste a list of links — pick a single design, and MetricQR creates up to 250 dynamic QR codes at once. Each one gets its own short link, its own editable destination, and its own scan analytics, and a results CSV with every link comes back the moment the batch is created, so the links can go straight into your print artwork. Bulk creation is a MetricQR Pro feature; the generator on this page creates single codes free, so you can test the scan experience before importing a whole campaign.

Popular Use Cases

  • Table tents numbered per table, each with its own scan count
  • Asset tags and equipment labels pointing at per-unit pages
  • Product packaging runs with a separate code per SKU or market
  • Event badges and tickets carrying a personal link per attendee
  • Direct-mail drops where each neighbourhood gets its own code

Why Use a QR Code

250 Codes in One Upload

One CSV, one design, one click — instead of creating and styling hundreds of codes by hand.

Every Code Stays Dynamic

Batch codes are normal MetricQR codes: edit any destination later and read per-code scan analytics.

Links Ready for Print

A results CSV lists every short link immediately, and the whole batch is grouped under a label in your dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many QR codes can I create at once?

Up to 250 per batch. Each row in your CSV becomes one dynamic QR code, and you can run further batches whenever you need more — a batch of table tents today, a packaging run tomorrow.

What does the CSV need to contain?

A header row and a URL column — that is the only requirement. An optional title column names each code in your dashboard. If you don’t have a spreadsheet handy, you can paste links directly instead, one per line.

Are bulk codes different from normal QR codes?

No, and that is the point. Every code in a batch is a full dynamic MetricQR code: you can edit its destination after printing, see its individual scan analytics, and apply any Pro feature — custom slug, expiry, password, targeting — to it on its own.

Do all the codes share one design?

Yes — you pick one design per batch (colours, styles, logo), and you can start from a saved brand template so the batch matches the codes you already have. Each code’s image is then downloadable individually from your dashboard in print-ready formats.

Is bulk creation free?

Bulk creation is part of MetricQR Pro. Creating codes one at a time is free and unlimited — the Pro plan adds the batch workflow along with custom domains, targeting, analytics export, and the rest of the Pro feature set.
